To become a new member of PASTaR, please fill out this form and send it by email to info@pastar.org.gr, with subject line “New Member Registration”, along with the following documents:

a) Copy of degree certificate and transcript supplement (for full graduate members).
Or
Letter from the Programme Director or Registrar of the undergraduate/postgraduate academic programme that the applicant is studying (for student members). The letter should contain information such as: title of the undergraduate/postgraduate academic programme, study mode (full-time or part-time), and expected date of graduation.
b) Copy of first aid certificate up-to-date.
c) Copy of national identity card or passport.
d) Payment of the registration fee (15€)
e) Payment of the annual subscription, for full graduate members (35€), and student members (25€).

Membership is conditional upon thorough investigation of the validity of the degree and duration of studies.

According to clause 4 of Article 4 of the constitution, only Full Graduate Members of PASTaR are entitled to use the titles “Sports/Athletic Therapist”.
